Ingredients
* 1 cup wheat flour
* Salt to taste
* Garlic 2 cloves minced
* Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
* Green chili 1, finely chopped
* Melted butter 1 tbsp
* Water 1.5 cups or adjust
Preparation
1. Mix wheat flour with salt, minced garlic, coriander leaves first.
2. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
3. Add 1 tbsp melted butter and mix the batter. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
4. Heat a pan add 1 spoon batter and let it cook on medium flame until the edges separates.
5. Flip and cook the other side. Keep Pressing the edges. Flip and cook couple of times. Cook until light brown.
6. Rub little bit butter on the paratta and roast 30 sec each side. Remove from the heat and keep it in a casserole.
7. Enjoy with your favorite curry !
Note: You can add chopped onions if you like. Add accordingly to your taste. Make sure to roast it well.
