Chili Recipe:
1/2# Ground Beef
2 Nathan’s Beef Franks
3 Slices Bacon
1/4 C Diced Green Pepper (or jalapeno if you like spicy)
1/4 C Diced Yellow Pepper
1/4 C Diced Onion
1/4 C Diced Mushrooms
1 Large Peeled Diced Tomoto
1 tsp Minced Garlic
4 T Chili Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Pink Salt
Pinch Cumin
Pinch Oregano
1 1/2 C Beef Broth
1 1/2 C Water
Splash Each: Worcestershire, White Cooking Wine, Red Wine Vinegar
Directions:
Brown Meat, then cook veggies in the bacon grease. Once veggies are translucent, transfer meat & veggies to sauce pan. Add tomato and seasonings, liquids and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 1 hour. To serve, garnish with toppings of choice such as shredded cheese and sour cream. On the side I have @carnivore.yogi muffins and I’ll include the link to that recipe below. Alternatively, serve over the cheese stuffed burger dogs (recipe below) for delicious chili cheese dogs!

Burger Dog Recipe:
5 oz burger patties
1 oz cheddar cheese
Bacon
Directions:
Flatten burger into a rectangle. Add cheese to center and roll up into a hot dog shape, being sure to pinch and seal ends. Wrap burger dog with bacon and put in toothpicks to hold bacon while cooking. Cook in air fryer at 400 for 20-25 minutes. (you could also cook in oven for the same temp/time). Be sure to turn halfway to cook bacon all around. To make the chili cheese dog, pour chili over top and garnish with bacon mayo and green onions, or toppings of choice. Enjoy!
