Soya Chilli

Ingredients:
100 gm Boiled soya chunks
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
100 gm green capsicum
100 gm red capsicum
100 gm yellow capsicum
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil and roast the boiled soya chunks till light brown. Keep aside
2. In a large Kadai heat oil and saute garlic on high flame. also, saute onion
3. Further, add capsicum and continue to saute till they slightly change colour.
4. Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper and salt.
mix well and saute for a minute.
5. Add fried soya chunks and mix well.
finally, transfer soya chilli to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions green. serve with fried rice.
