Chicken Chilli gravy | Street food style Chicken Chilli recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken 1st marination:
250 gms of boneless chicken
3 tablespoon of maida
3 tablespoon of corn flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of soya sauce
1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
2-3 teaspoon water
1 egg
For the gravy
3 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon minced ginger and garlic(15 cloves of garlic and i inch ginger)
8-10 green chillies sliced diagonally.
3 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water to make the slurry.
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chilli vinegar
3 teaspoon soya sauce
2 cups of hot chicken stock
Firstly take a bowl, add in maida, corn flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce,
pepper and egg. Mix. Add a little water. Mix it well. Add boneless chicken.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Now for the sauce. In a vessel add in the oil. Allow it to heat well.
Now add in minced ginger and garlic. Add in the green chillies. Add in chicken stock
as you need to make a gravy. You can add upto 2 cups. Add 2 teaspoon of soya sauce.
Add in salt. Add in the corn flour slurry to make it into a semi thick gravy.
Add in a teaspoon of chilli vinegar. Give it a good boil.
Now fry the marinated chicken on medium flame till golden brown. Then add it in the gravy.
Chicken Chilli is ready to be served.
