Need a Cincinnati Chili Recipe To Feed a Crowd? Give my recipe for Cincinnati chili a try! This type of chili goes great over hot dogs, spaghetti, Frito Pies or just by itself! It’s not an exact Cincinnati Skyline chili recipe, but it’s close for most!

You may have seen my other 3 part videos of the best homemade chili recipe for a crowd. (if you haven’t, just watch toward the end for a link to the first one) This Cincinnati chili recipe differs because the main ingredient is just hamburger. The Texas-style chili recipe has several types of meat in it plus diced/crushed tomatoes and a few kitchen sinks in it!

This Cincinnati chili recipe is quick and easy because it has basic ingredients like hamburger and diced onions. The rest is just adding spices! the flavor is awesome and you’re sure to get a lot of compliments!

The most important steps to making this chili recipe are as follows:

1. Add the water to the pot. I like hot water. Then add the hamburger. Crush it up with your hands until all of it is in very small chunks.

2. Make sure you dice up your onions very small. I don’t like big chunks of onions in mine.

3. Make sure you make this chili recipe the day before. Let it set in the refrigerator overnight. The next day before heating it up, skim off the fat from the top. It will make a difference!
