300 gram Cauliflower florets
Hot Water
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Salt
Pepper Masala powder:
1 1/2 tsp Peppercorns
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Dry red chili
1 inch Cinnamon stick
3 Cloves
Other ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Crushed Ginger Garlic
1 sprig (5 to 7) Curry leaves
1 cup Onions, chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Salt (as required)
2 tbsp Cilantro / Coriander leaves, chopped
