Ingredients:
-Chicken boneless cubes 1kg
-Adrak Lehsan paste (Ginger Garlic paste)2tbsp
-Sirka (vinegar) 2tbsp
-Soy Sauce 2tbsp
-Namak (salt) as per taste
-kali mirch (black pepper) 1tsp
-Maida (all purpose flour) 2tbsp
-Cornflour 6tbsp
-2 Eggs
-Cooking oil
-Water
-Soya sauce-4tbsp
-Tomato ketchup 6tbsp
-Hot sauce 2tbsp
-Kali mirch 1tsp
-Red chilli powder
-1 chicken cube
-Corn flour 3tbsp
-Garlic 2tbsp chopped
-Adrak 2tbsp
-Hari mirch (chilli) 3-4
-2onion Cubed
-Hara pyaaz

Direction:
-In a bowl, add chicken, garlic paste, vinegar, soysauce, salt, blackpepper, all purpose flour, cornflour, egg And mix well. (Marinate for 30min)
-In a Wok,heat cooking oil, fry marinated chicken on medium flame until golden brown.
-In a bowl add Water, soya sauce, ketchup, hot sauce, black pepper, salt, red chilli powder, chicken powder, cornflour, whisk well and set aside.
-In a wok, add oil, garlic, ginger, greenchilli & Sauté for a Minute.
-Add onion,capsicum & mix well for a minute.
-Add prepared sauce, mix well and cook until sauce is thick and mix continuously.
-Now add fried chicken.
-Garnish with green onion.

SERVE HOT!!!
