EASY & HEALTHY COZY CHICKEN CHILI RECIPE | ONE POT MEAL(Instant Pot, Ninja Foodie, Pressure Cooker)

This Chicken Chili is is perfect to cozy up with during those chilly days or snow storms. It is the perfect combination of hearty beans and chicken, with a nice addition of veggies. It’s very easy to make and great to pop in the pressure cooker in the morning and leave it cooking all day for a easy all ready done dinner!

Be sure to watch how I cook a whole chicken in the pressure cooker here. This is the method I used for this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken or 4 large Chicken Breast
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Onion
1 lb dried black beans
3 Garlic Cloves (peeled and minced)
6 c. water
2 Bell Peppers
2 (28oz.) cans of crushed tomatoes
Seasonings to taste: Chili Powder, Cumin, Salt, Pepper.

Suggested Toppings:
Cheese
Cilantro
Sliced Jalapeno
Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt
Lime Juice

Serve with:
Tortillas
Tortilla Chips
Fresh Bread
