Hari Mirch Qeema ingredients:
Mince: 750 gm (mutton/beef)
Onion: 2 slices
Oil: ¾ cup
Ginger garlic paste: 3 Tbsp
Black pepper: ½ tbsp
Green Cardamom: 3-4
Black Cardamom: 1
Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 Tbsp
Salt: 1 tbsp or to taste
Yougurt: 250 gms
Green chilies: 14- 16
Ginger: julienne cut 1 Tbsp
Lemon: 1 juicy
Hari Mirch ka keema recipe directions:
1. Heat Oil, Add Pepper, green and black cardamom.
2. Fry onion till translucent. Save half onion for later use.
3. Add ginger garlic paste, add mince and stir fry till it changes color.
4. Add Red chili powder, Coriander, turmeric and salt, fry till oil separates.
5. Add yogurt, remaining onion, green chili (some full and some chopped) and ginger julienne cut.
6. Squeeze lemon, and add ¼ cup water.
7. Cover and let it simmer for 10 to 15 mins.
Serve hot with Rava Maida Paratha or Naan!
