In this Video I am showing How to Cook Chilli Garlic Pasta – Indian Style Pasta – Quick and Easy Pasta. If you love pasta you will love this recipe. When you roast garlic it becomes much milder and very sweet, so the sauce has the sweet taste of garlic with a kick from the chili.
I have used mixed veggies like french beans, Capsicum However you can also add veggies like carrots, sweet corn, baby corn, and cauliflower depending on whatever goes well with you.
You can tweak the recipe easily to suit your taste buds. This is vegetarian Pasta recipe and however you can also make it with butter for added flavor. It is kids’ friendly & can be packed even in lunch box or served as an after school snack. It also makes for a quick dinner for your entire family.
