BEEF CHILI GRAVY,PAKISTANI STYLE,BY ASMA TAIYUB
INGREDIENTS FOR BOILING BEEF
– Boneless Beef/bara gosht baghair haddi 200 gram
– 3 garlic cloves/3 lehsan jaway chopped
– Ginger 1/2 pc/adrak 1/2 inch Turks chopped
– Namak/salt 1/4 tsp
– Black pepper 1/4 Tsp
– Water/pani 2 cup
– Boil in pressure cooker after whistle starts for 10 minutes/Cooker mai seeti bajnay k baad 10 min tak ubalain
– When beef is tender take the beef out from stock and keep the stock aside./jab gosht gal jaye to gosht ko yakhni se nikal lain or yakhni b side per rakh dain
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING GRAVY
– Oil/tail 4 tbsp
– Garlic/lehsun 1 tsp
– Ginger/adrak 1 tsp
– Beef boiled/ubla bara gosht 200 gram
– Namak/salt 1/2 tsp
– Black pepper/Kali mirch 1/4 tsp
– red chili flakes/kutti laal mirch 1/4 tsp
– Tang/orange juice powder 1/2 Tsp
VEGGIES
– 1 Onion/piyaz cube cutting/chakoor cutta hoa
– 1 Capsicum/shimla mirch cube cutting
– Ginger/adrak 1/2 piece Julian cutting/lambai mai cutta hoa
– 7 to 8 Green chilies whole/harri mirch 8 sabit
Sauces
– White Vinegar/sufaid SIRKA 1 Tbsp
– Dark soya sauce/Soya sauce 1 Tbsp
– Hot sauce/chilli sauce 1 Tbsp
– Mix all of them together
Corn flour mixture
– 2 Tbsp corn flour
– 1/2 cup pani
– Mix them to make a mixture
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
This delicious Beef chili gravy can b best served with plain boiled rice,garlic fried rice.
