Chilli Prawns
Ingredients:
Prawns ½ kg
Small cardamom seeds 4-5
Coconut milk ½ cup
Finely chopped ginger 1 piece
Finely chopped garlic 4-5
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Mustard seeds 2 tsp
Coriander 2-3tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Salt as required
Method:
1. Wash and clean ½ kg prawns, cut from the middle.
2. Now crush 4-5 small cardamom seeds and 2 tsp mustard seeds.
3. Then in a bowl mix prawns, 1 piece of ginger, 4-5 garlic cloves, ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp turmeric, crushed mustard seeds and crushed cardamom seeds.
4. Now in wok heat 3-4 tbsp oil, add prawns and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Then add ½ cup coconut milk, salt to taste and 2-3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and fry for 2 minutes.
6. When it gets ready serve with fried or boiled rice.
