WW GREEN PLAN POINTS:
5 points for 1.5 cups of chili WITHOUT ground beef
8 points for 1.5 cups of chili WITH ground beef
14 points for 1.5 cups of chili with 1 cup of jasmine rice
Ingredients
30 oz canned fire-roasted tomatoes with garlic
15 oz pinto beans
15 oz black beans
15 oz pink beans
15 oz tomato and green chiles
2 cups of frozen corn kernels
2 cups of vegetable broth
2 large bell peppers
1 large onion
3 tbsp tomato paste
32 oz organic 85% lean grass fed ground beef
cilantro to taste
SEASON TO TASTE for both veggies and meat
start with 1 tbsp of each, then add an additional 1/2 tsp if needed
cumin powder
chili powder
chipotle chili powder
onion powder
garlic powder
smoked paprika
ground black pepper
salt
liquid smoke
