Beef Shimla Mirch Keema Recipe By our mommy's kitchen.

Beef Shimla Mirch Keema (Mince capsicum)
Mince:1/2 kg
Capsicum : 250 g
Salt: 1 1/2 tsp
Red chilli: 1tsp
Ghee: 1/2 bowl
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Mix spices : black cardamom 1,cloves 3, whole black pepper 1/2 tsp
Onion: 1 small
Tomatos: 3
Directions:
Put ghee in a cooking pan add onion into it.
Then add mix spices.
Then add green chili, after that add ginger garlic paste.. cook well then add mince into it.
Add salt then cook mince properly.
Once water dries… add red chili. Mix well then add tomatoes
Once tomatoes half cooked add capsicum into it.. mix well then cook on a low flame with the lid.
