Chili Bean Pasta:

Ingredients:
Ridged elbow macaroni (boiled) 1 packet
Red beans (boiled) 250 gm
Tomatoes 250 gm
Onions 2
Green chilies 6
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds (crushed) 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp

Method:
In a pan, heat oil add onions, until golden browns and take it out. In this oil add ginger garlic paste, mince and fry. Now in a mince add fried onions and tomatoes.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, all spice powder, crushed cumin seeds and fry. Then add boiled red beans. After this, add water and let it cook for 20 minutes, removes from the stove. Sprinkle coriander leaves and finely chopped ginger. Serve hot.

Kashmiri Chicken Handi:
Ingredients
Boneless chicken 500gm
Ginger Garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
Yogurt ¾ cup
White pepper 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Cream ½ cup
Cashew nut paste 2tbsp
Capsicum (cut length wise) 2
Nutmeg, mace powder 1/2tsp
Cream cheese 2tsp
Oil 4tbsp
Green chili (cut length wise) 2

Ingredients
Cut the chicken into cubes and add 2tbsp yogurt and marinate it for 15 to 20 minutes. In a handi heat oil and butter and add ginger garlic paste with salt and white pepper and fry. Add the marinated chicken to fry in the handi with the rest of the yogurt. Then add half cup of water and set the flame on medium till the chicken tenders. Then add cashew nut’s paste, nutmeg and mace with cream and cream cheese and mix them thoroughly and simmer it for 5-6mins. In the end add vertically cut green chili and capsicum and serve.

Chicken Cheese Balls:
Ingredients:
Chicken (mince) ½ kg
Egg 1
Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
Green Onions 250 gm
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Garlic (crushed) 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Parsley (crushed) 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
Bread Crumbs as required
METHOD:
Mix chicken mince in mozzarella cheese, ginger paste, soya sauce, and corn flour, salt, crushed parsley, green onions, crushed red chilies, crushed garlic and oil. Now make balls of it and dip it in the eggs and deep fry it. When you want to make it, heat the oil and deep fry it and serve it.
