This white bean chili is TO DIE FOR!
It’s guilt free, dairy free, and delish.
Here’s the full written recipe:
1 tsp avocado oil
2 heaping tbsp minced garlic
1 yellow onion, minced
3 stocks celery, minced
Combine and saute until tender (med heat)
Add 1 bag frozen carrots
2 cans sweet corn, drained
2 cans navy beans, drained and rinsed
1 can cannalini beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans diced potatoes
Stir to combine
Add in 2 tsp vegetable flavoring
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp paprika
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
Dash of cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp onion powder
1 tsp minced onion flakes
Stir to combine and add 1 carton of almond milk. Stir, and place lid on to simmer for 40 mins.
Top with green onions, serve immediately and enjoy!
