Beef chili is always a classic – but when you grill it in a Dutch Oven over hickory coals – it gets even better.
Everyone should master this easy recipe – and then spice it up to their own tastes! For now, we’re doubling down with all-natural briquets and wood, ground beef, and cubed chuck for seriously good flavors.
What you need:
āŗ 1 lb ground beef
āŗ 1 lb beef chuck roll cut into 1ā pieces
āŗ 1 large red onion chopped
āŗ 2 10 oz. cans Rotel drained
āŗ 10 oz. water
āŗ 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
āŗ 1 8 oz can kidney beans, drained
āŗ 1 8 oz can white beans (or your bean choice)
āŗ 4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped or to taste
āŗ 1/3 cup El Mariachi (Spiceology Spices)
āŗ 1 tsp cumin
āŗ 2 tsp GirlCarnivore Ooomami powder (Spiceology Spices)
āŗ 2 tsp salt
āŗ 3 tbsp minced garlic
