Easy Dutch oven Beef Chili Recipe with Beans

Beef chili is always a classic – but when you grill it in a Dutch Oven over hickory coals – it gets even better.

Everyone should master this easy recipe – and then spice it up to their own tastes! For now, we’re doubling down with all-natural briquets and wood, ground beef, and cubed chuck for seriously good flavors.

What you need:
ā–ŗ 1 lb ground beef
ā–ŗ 1 lb beef chuck roll cut into 1ā€ pieces
ā–ŗ 1 large red onion chopped
ā–ŗ 2 10 oz. cans Rotel drained
ā–ŗ 10 oz. water
ā–ŗ 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
ā–ŗ 1 8 oz can kidney beans, drained
ā–ŗ 1 8 oz can white beans (or your bean choice)
ā–ŗ 4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped or to taste
ā–ŗ 1/3 cup El Mariachi (Spiceology Spices)
ā–ŗ 1 tsp cumin
ā–ŗ 2 tsp GirlCarnivore Ooomami powder (Spiceology Spices)
ā–ŗ 2 tsp salt
ā–ŗ 3 tbsp minced garlic
