Hello my YouTube Fam , welcome back to my to my channel . I hope you all are doing fine , today’s recipe doesn’t even need an intro I would say after all it’s simplicity in a plate . Goan prawns chilli fry very simple but packed with flavour , follow the steps below to prepare this recipe
Ingredients
12-14 prawns
2-3 green chillies
1 tomato
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2-3 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander for garnish
Salt for seasoning
Method
1. Clean , wash and devein the prawns , apply some salt , turmeric powder and chilli powder and leave them aside for at least half and hour
2. Chop the garlic , onion , tomato and the chilli
3. Heat a pan , add oil and fry the prawns for about 6-7 minutes and keep aside
4. In the same oil add the chopped garlic abs sauté well
5. Add the onions and chillies and fry till nice and soft
6. Add the tomatoes sauté till soft and than add the 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp chilli powder and let it cook for about 2 minutes
7. Turn off the flame and some freshly chopped coriander
