INGREDIENTS
Season beef :
Strips of Beef
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp sesame oil ( optional )
1/2 cup to 1 cup corn starch / corn flour
SAUCE :
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp dark sweet soy sauce or dark soy sauce
2 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine/ Chinese Shaoxing wine . ALTERNATIVE ( Apple juice or orange juice)
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Tbsp Hoisin
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 tsp chilli flakes ( add to taste )
