In today’s video, come along and cook with me as we make Pumpkin Chili (this can be made in the crockpot or slow cooker as well!) and I will show you how to make energy balls (recipe from Kimberly from The Wads). 👩🏻🍳 RECIPES:
Energy Balls Recipe or Bites (this is what we like to do, see Kimberly’s channel for the original)
1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of ground flax seeds
1/3 cup of mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup of maple syrup
Mix well and roll into balls. Store in the fridge.

NOTES: I cooked mine on the stove top. I used yellow bell pepper, left out the jalapeno, used ground chicken and additional broth.
