4. chopped garlic 8 – 10

6. Maida – 31/2 spoons
7. cornflour- 2 spoons
8. blackpepper powder-1 tbspn
9.salt as per taste
10. white sesame seeds for garnishing
11. Tomato sauce – 2 spoons
12. chilli sauce -1spoon
13. soya sauce – 1 spoon
14. food colour (optional)
