INGREDIENTS
Paneer- 225 gms
Corn Starch- 1/2 tbsp
Oil- 3 tbsp
Garlic- 8-10 cloves(chopped)
Ginger- 1 inch(chopped)
Capsicum- 1 medium size
Onion- 1 no(medium size)
Soya Sauce- 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce- 1/2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce- 1tbsp
Corn flour- 1/2 tbsp + Water(100 ml)
Spring Onion ( chopped) for garnish
PROCESS
1 In a plate add paneer , salt , cornstarch ,mix and coat the paneer with cornstarch.
2 Heat a pan in medium flame , add 1/2 tbsp oil and fry the paneer until golden brown.
3 Take a bowl , add 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce , 1tbsp of Tomato sauce , 1tbsp of soya sauce , 1/2 tbsp of vinegar , 1/2 tbsp cornflour with 100ml of water and mix well.
4 Heat a pan in high flame , add oil ,ginger ,garlic and quick stir.
5 Add diced capsicum and diced onion and saute it for a minute.
6 Add the sauce mixture and saute for 1-2 min until the sauce thickens.
7 Add fried paneer and coat them well with the sauce.
8 Switch off the flame and garnish with spring Onion .
9 Here chilli paneer is ready.
10 Serve chilli paneer with fried rice / chowmein.
