Dry Chicken Chili
Ingredients
1/2 kg
boneless chicken
1 1/2 tsp
red chili powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp
chicken powder
Salt as per taste
1 pinch
yellow food color
1/2 tsp
black pepper powder
4-5 (half cut)
green chili
1 medium (cubes)
onion
1/2 (cubes)
capsicum
1 tbsp
garlic chopped
2 tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
vinegar
2 tbsp
chili sauce
1/2 cup
cooking oil
Instruction
1. Add all ingredients except vegetables
2. Add all sauces and mix well
3. Marinate chicken for one hour
4. Heat the half oil in the pan
5. Add marinated chicken and mix well
6. Add 1 cup water and cook on medium flame till chicken tenderize
7. Heat remaining oil into the pan and add garlic
8. Add green chilies and fry
9. Add 1 tsp of all sauces (chili, soy and vinegar)
10. Now add onion, capsicum
11. SautƩe/Saute it well
12. Add cooked chicken and mix well
13. Serve with vegetable rice / plain rice
