Ingredients:
For Marination :
Chicken b/l – 1kg
Egg-1
Corn flour- 2-3 Tbs
Maida – 2 Tbs
Pepper powder-2 Tbs
Soya sauce- 1 Tbs.
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients with water to paste and marinate the chicken and deep fry till golden colour.
Chicken stock
In a pot add chicken bones, add water and boil on slow fire for 30 minutes.
Chilly garlic sauce
Oil
Chopped garlic
Kashmiri chilly powder-2 Tbs.
Tomato sauce -2 Tbs.
Chilly sauce – 1 Tbs.
Soya sauce – 1 Tbs.
Garlic chicken
Oil – 50ml
Garlic chopped
Ginger chopped
Diced Capcicum
Onions cubes – 2
Green chillies – 5
Spring onions chopped- few
White pepper powder-1 Tbs.
