Ingredients
300 grams dahi/yoghurt or 150 grams hung curd (for both the dips)
(for the mint dip)
2 tbsp pudina/mint
1 tbsp hara dhania/cilantro
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp sendha namak/rock salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp/as needed fresh cream
(for the garlic chilli dip)
4-5 garlic cloves
1 fresh red chilli
1/4 tsp sendha namak/rock salt
1 tsp fresh cream
