How to make Chili – Recipe
Ingredients:

1-1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Onion (chopped)
2 red Bell Peppers (chopped)
1 Jalapeno (chopped)
1 lb. Ground Beef
2-1/2 Chili Powder
2 tbsp Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Pepper
1-1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
15 oz Tomato Sauce
2-15.5 oz Kidney Beans (washed)
1-1/2 cups Beef Broth

Heat 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil in a large pot on med/high heat. Cook Bell Peppers for 1 Minute. Add Onions cook until translucent add Jalapeno and cook 1 minute, remove from pot. Heat 1/2 tbsp of Coconut Oil in the same pot and cook Beef until browned and crumbled. Return Peppers/Onion combine with Beef. Integrate all Seasonings, mix well. Pour in diced Tomatoes with Juice, Tomato Sauce, Kidney Beans and Beef Broth, incorporate well. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat stirring occasionally and low simmer for 10 Minutes. Uncover and continue cooking on a low simmer for 20 Minutes or desired thickness, stirring occasionally.
