Ingredients for Chilli Chicken Recipe:
Boneless chicken cut into 1-inch cubes – 1 LB

For the marinade:
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour/Maida – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Egg (whisked) – 1Lemon juice – 1 tbsp 
Red Kashmiri Mirch powder – 1 tsp(Not spicy – for color only)
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Onion chunks – 1 small onion
Green bell pepper cubed – 1 medium
Garlic minced/chopped – 1 tbsp
Ginger Minced – 1 tbsp
Green chillies thin slices- 2 – 3
Spring onion, white part chopped – 2
Spring onions, green parts – chopped for garnishing
Red Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp/per taste
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes – 1/4 tsp
(OPTIONAL) Brown sugar – 1 tsp
Cornflour slurry- 1 tsp cornflour mixed in 2 tbsp of water
Oil – 2 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
