• Cornflour – 4 tbspoon for marination
• Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbspoon
• Salt to taste
• Carrot Sliced – 350 gm/2
• Capsicum – 2
• Spring onion – 1 bunch
• Green chilies – 9 to 10
• Ching’s Chicken chili Masala – 2 packets/20 gms each
• Cornflour – 3 teaspoon for gravy
• Oil for deep frying and cooking
