Easy Crock-Pot Chili | Crock-Pot Recipe | Fall and Winter Recipe

This is a super easy crock-pot chili recipe! I usually make it with ground turkey, but you can use ground beef! Leave out any items you don’t like.

Ingredients:
1 lb groud turkey
2 cans dices tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 can beef broth
1 can black beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can corn
1 small onion, diced
seasonings (I use salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and chili powder)

Directions:
-Oil your pot, so it doesn’t stick.
-Put in the ground turkey.
-Put seasonings on top the meat (see above for what I use).
-Put in diced tomatoes.
-Put in Rotel.
-Put in beef broth.
-Drain and rinse all beans; then put in crock-pot.
-Drain corn and put corn in crock-pot.
-Chop onion and put in crock-pot.
-Put a little more seasonings on top.
-Stir a little.
-Turn on low.
-Cook for approx. 8 hours (give or take an hour depending on your crock-pot / slow cooker), stirring occasionally.
-Chili will thicken and meat will be completely brown when it’s ready.

Yields 8-10 servings. Perfect meal for leftovers!
