I did some more browsing through Ayesha Curry’s The Seasoned Life and stumbled across this Game Day Chili recipe. When I saw the recipe called for a pound of ground lamb, I had to try it. I’ve had lamb before at Greek restaurants, but I’ve never cooked it. This was simple to put together (although cutting up veggies is very time consuming ⏱). I did forget 2 ingredients – yellow bell peppers & pinto beans but this was still slamming without it.
