Chilli Paneer Maggi

Servings – 3

INGREDIENTS
Water – 500 milliliters
Maggi – 140 grams
Paneer – 170 grams
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Corn flour – 30 grams
Oil – for frying
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Garlic – 1 tablespoon
Ginger – 1 tablespoon
Green chili – 1 teaspoon
Spring onions – 1 tablespoon
Onions – 30 grams
Bell pepper – 90 grams
Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Soy sauce – 2 teaspoons
Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Water – 150 milliliters, divided
Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
Maggi masala – 1 1/2 tablespoons
Green onion – 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. In a pan, add 500 milliliters water and 140 grams maggi.
2. Bring it to boil for 2 minutes on moderate heat.
3. Remove the pan from heat and then drain it.
4. In a mixing bowl, add 170 grams paneer, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 30 grams corn flour and mix it well.
5. Now, heat some oil in a pan, add paneer cubes and shallow fry for 2 minutes on each side or until it turns golden brown.
6. Remove it from heat.
7. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in another pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 teaspoon green chili and give it a nice stir.
8. Now, add 1 tablespoon spring onions, 30 grams onions and saute for 2-3 minutes or until it turns translucent.
9. Then, add 90 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
10. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
11. Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix again.
12. Now, add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon vinegar and give it a nice stir.
13. Then, add 100 milliliters water and cook for a minute while stirring continuously.
14. In a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
15. Now, transfer it to the pan and stir well.
16. Add fried paneer and cook for a minute.
17. Then, add 1 1/2 tablespoons maggi masala, boiled maggi, 1 teaspoon green onion and mix it well.
18. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
19. Remove the pan from heat.
20. Add the chilli paneer maggi into a serving dish.
21. Serve hot.Official
