Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower florets – 2 cups
2. Onion – 1 ( Big )
3. Capsicum – 1 ( medium )
4. All purpose flour – 4 tbsp
5. Corn flour – 2 tbsp ( instead of it use rice flour )
6. Chopped ginger – 1 inch
7. Chopped garlic – ( 10-12 cloves )
8. Chopped green chilli – 1 ( add as per taste )
9. Chopped spring onion ( white part ) – 2 tbsp
10.Chopped spring onion ( green ) – 2 tbsp , as required to decorate
11. Crushed ginger and garlic – 1 tbsp
12. kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tbsp ( to get a very nice red colour )
13. Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
14. Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp ( you can use green chilli sauce instead of it )
15. Soya sauce – 1 tsp
16. Salt to taste
