In this video I am sharing with you my dad’s favorite homemade veggie burger recipe! These have minimal ingredients and are super cheap and easy to make! They are naturally… vegan, gluten free, SOS-free (Salt, oil, and sugar free) and are low-fat and minimally processed! They are forgiving, so it’s okay if you mess them up a bit. My dad makes them without even measuring out the ingredients! They freeze well and this makes about 16 burgers!
