Ingredients for chilli garlic soya Chunks:
Soya Chunks: 100 gms
Corn flour: 1/4 cup + 1tbsp for slurry
Garlic : 10 cloves
Ginger: 10 gas
Onions: 70 gms (medium size)
Capsicum: 60 gms(medium size)
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Soya sauce: 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup: 2 tsp
Chilli sauce: 2 tsp
Salt
Red Chilli power
Garam masala
Black pepper
