Ingredients For Gravy
01:34 Water 1 cup
01:38 Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
01:43 Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
01:47 Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
01:52 Red chili Powder 2-3 Pinch
01:57 Chicken Powder ½ tsp
02:02 Corn Flour 1 & ½ tbsp.
02:12 Cooking Oil 2-3 tbsp
02:17 Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
02:22 Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
02:29 Green Chili 4 pcs
02:33 Onion 1 medium size
02:38 Capsicum 1 medium size
02:55 Salt as per taste
03:00 Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
03:18 Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
03:30 Spring Onion & Sesame seeds for garnishing
Directions
First of all marinate chicken with ingredients mentioned above. And keep it for two hours. Then fry marinated chicken until golden brown. Then prepare gravy with igredients mentioned above and cook chicken in this gravy for five to ten minutes. Garnish green chili chicken with onion and sesame seeds. Tasty chicken chili recipe is ready to eat.
