Hai friends,
We will see how to make a simple Bread Masala Recipe.
Ingredients:
1. Small Bread Slices – 15
2. Medium size onion – 2
3. Capsicum – 1
4. Small size ginger – 1
5. Pieces of garlic – 3
6. Tomato – 1
7. Chilli powder – 1 Teaspoon
8. Tomato sauce – 3 Teaspoon
9. Soya sauce – 1 Teaspoon
10. Oil – as required
11. Salt – as required
Method:
Put kadai on stove, pour some oil
Add chopped ginger and garlic
Add chopped onions and cook till gets onion golden in colour
Add capsicum and salt, saute well
Add sliced tomato, stir well
Add chilli powder and saute for a minute
Add tomato sauce and soya sauce, stir well
Add bread slices and saute well for a minute
Now the simple and tasty Bread Masala is ready to serve.
This will be the perfect evening snack
