As you guys know, it’s been a massive trend as of late that large names on social media are switching off of veganism and leaving the plant-based diet for a variety of reasons. Many have asked me what my opinions are about this – but my attitude toward the plant-based diet and what my responsibility is on this YouTube channel remains unchanged! I am a certified nutrition health coach, and it is my absolute PASSION to guide others to the most incredible diet – a whole foods, plant-based diet based on starches, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts/seeds, and free from salt, oil, and sugar. This is exactly why I created my 8-week program! My burning passion for this lifestyle remains unchanged – as the science and my years of experience just get stronger and stronger! I never want to use my energy to talk about others, but I want to use my energy to teach others how to live this lifestyle… how to each as much as they want, as often as they want, and just use food as fuel! I will always been a whole foods, plant-based vegan. I will never become a vegetarian, paleo, keto, junk food vegan – anything like that! I’ve been living this way for years and wouldn’t trade it for the world. You can always count on me – you can always count on this channel.
