Hot Dog Chili

1 lb ground beef
1/2 to 2/3 cup water or beef broth
1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 cups ketchup
1 Tablespoon prepared yellow must
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1. Place ground beef in a bowl and cover with water or broth m. Use a spoon to break up the beef . Set aside.
2. Over medium heat saute diced onion and garlic in olive oil.
3. Once the onion and garlic are soft, add the ground beef and water to the pan. Cook until beef is no longer pink.
(I drained the beef at this point)
4. Add catsup, mustard, salt, pepper, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings
Can be frozen
