Chilli Fish in Sauces!
Check out this super easy chilli fish recipe to make restaurant style chilli fish at the comfort of your homes. All you need to do is, marinate, fry and mix in the sauces.
Ingredients
Boneless fish
Cornflour
All purpose flour
Chilli powder
Lemon/Lime Juice
Salt
Oil
Onion
Bell Pepper
Cashew
Ginger Garlic Paste
Tomato Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Chilli Garlic Sauce
Method
Marinate the fish with salt, chilli powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste
Set aside for 15 minutes
Add in all purpose flour and corn flour to the fish, and mix it until well coated
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying
Fry the fish cubes until it turns golden brown.
Take a pan and heat oil
Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, cashew, dark soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli garlic sauce and salt
Saute on high fire
Add the fried fish cubes and mix it well to coat the fried fish pieces
Tips
Garnish with coriander leaves
You can add in more chilli powder if you prefer the dish a lot spicy
