Peri Peri Paneer tikka.

Ingendrients

200 gm paneer.
1 red bell pepper
1 tomato chopped (chopped in 1 inch square size)
1 onion chopped (chopped in 1 inch square size)
1 capsicum chopped (chopped in 1 inch square size)
2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
4 to 5 garlic cloves
1 green chili
3 to 4 dry red chili
half lemon juice

Procedure

1.Add half bell pepper, red chilies, green chili ,garlic and 2 teaspoon salt & half lemon juice, blend into fine paste.
2.Cut paneer and all the vegetables into 1 inch size square, add the peri peri sauce mix well and keep it aside for 20 min to marinate.
3.Take a skewer and add alternatively 1 paneer 1 veges on the stick.
4.Heat a non stick pan add 1 tablespoon add and grill the peri peri tikka for 2 min on each size on high flame.
5. swich off the gas and plate the peri peri paneer for serving.

Enjoy the peri peri paneer with some mint chatni.
