Red Chili flakes 100 g
Sugar 30 g
Dried shrimps, fish flakes )(optional bud increase taste)
Garlic – as required (optional)
Ginger – as required (optional)
Oil – as required
Soya sauce – as required (optional)
Salt – as required
Method :
Heat oil on a pan,
Add onion, garlic and ginger,
Add dried shrimps, fish flakes,
Cook till golden brown,
Add chili flakes,
Add salt,
Add sugar,
Add soy sauce,
Cook to a thick paste.
