Today’s Recipe
Tofu Chilli

Ingredients:
400gm Tofu
1/2tsp Salt
3 tbsp maida
oil for frying
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1tbsp chopped garlic
2 chopped green chillies
1 chopped onion
70gm chopped red capsicum
70gm chopped yellow capsicum
70gm chopped green capsicum
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
4 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp ketchup

Method:
– Cut the tofu into 1inch pieces add salt, maida mix well till evenly coated.
– Heat oil in a pan. Saute / deep fry the tofu cubes on all sides until they are golden brown. Remove to a plate.
– Heat oil in a pan add ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute well.
– Add onion and saute till they soften add red, green, yellow capsicum and mix well
– Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, Schwan sauce, ketchup and mix well
– add little water and cook for a min. add the fried tofu and mix well, remove from heat.
Serve hot.
