Chilli Paneer | How To Make Chilli Paneer | Easy And Quick Recipe |

Chilli Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese dish where cubes of fried crispy paneer are tossed in a spicy sauce made with soy sauce, chili sauce! Goes well with rice or noodles.

Ingredients

* 2tsp cornflour
* 1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
* ½tsp salt
* 4tsp water
* 200g paneer
* 2tsp white oil
* Chopped garlic 1tsp
* Chopped ginger 1tsp
* 1 medium sized onion
* Sugar ½tsp
* Soy sauce 2tsp
* Green chilli sauce 2tsp
* Tomato sauce 2tsp
* Red capsicums 1½
* Green capsicums 1½
* yellow capsicums 1½

PROCESS

* At first take a bowl and add 2 tbsp corn flour then add 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder then add ½ tablespoon salt then add 4 tbsp water. mix it well.

* After mixing the paste add 200 gram paneer.

* Then in a pan  put 4 tsp white oil then add the marinated paneer.

* Fry it well. Then take it out and keep it aside.

* Then in another pan add 2tsp oil. Then  add chopped garlic and chopped Ginger. Fry it well.

* After frying chopped garlic and Ginger add cubed cut onion and green capsicums.

* Mix it well. Then add yellow capsicum and red capsicum. Then add 2 tbsp tomato sauce. Saute it well.

* Then add 2 tbsp green chilli sauce and 2 tbsp soy sauce. mix it well.

* Then add the fried paneers  and ½tsp  Kashmiri red chilli powder and ½cup water.

* Mix it well.

* Then add ½tablespoon salt. Mix it well.

* Then add ½tsp Sugar. Saute it well.
* Then in a bowl add 1 tablespoon corn flour and water mix it will then add it with paneers.

Your chilli paneer is ready to serve you can serve it.
