In this video I’m sharing how we cook turkey chili with an Indian touch in an instant pot.
Ingredients
Ground turkey – 2 lbs(2 kg)
Tomato sauce -1/2cup (2small cans)
Kidney beans (cooked)-1/2cup (1can)
Bell pepper (cut into medium pieces) – 1
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Dried oregano and basil – 1 pinch each
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Hot water – 1 1/2cups
The pressure cooking time for the turkey in the instant pot is 15 minutes with quick release of pressure.
