Restaurant Style Fried Rice With Beef Chili Recipe By Craving Meal

Beef Dry Chilli with Fried Rice Ingredients:

Step 1 (for beef dry chilli):

Cooking oil 4 tbsp
Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp
Beef (undercut) 1/2 kg
Beef Yakhni 1/2 Cup
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Garlic 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Capsicum (Sliced) 1/2 cup
Onion (Sliced) 1/2 cup

Step 2 (for fried Rice):

Cooking oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1tsp
Carrot (small chopped) 1/4 cup
Capsicum (small chopped) 1/4 cup
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Chinese Salt 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Water 200 ml
Rice (soaked) 1 cup

Beef Dry Chilli with Fried Rice Method:

Step 1 (for beef dry chili):

Add oil in a pot and heat the pot. Now add garlic and beef n the pot and cook it for 5-8 mins on medium flame. Add beef yakhni and cover the pot for 15 minutes and cook it on medium flame. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, black pepper powder, salt and cook it for 5 mins add sliced capsicum, sliced onion and cook it for 2-3 mins or until water is dry.

Step 2 (for fried rice):

Add cooking oil in a pot and heat it. Now add chopped garlic and fry until it turns golden brown. Now add chopped carrots, chopped capsicum, soy sauce, black pepper powder, Chinese salt, Salt and Water. Now add soaked rice. Cover the pot and steam cook for 15-20 mins on low flame.
