This is our first video! We are trying a Keto Chili Recipe that was modified from a regular Chili Recipe! Be kind, it’s first ever video, and we have lots of plans for improvement already! We hope you’ll subscribe and join us on our journey.
Here’s the recipe:
Keto Chili
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1tbsp Cumin
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Black Pepper (or Cayenne)
1tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Cup Chicken Stock
2-14oz Cans of Diced Tomatoes
First, brown your peppers and onions in a skillet on med heat with about a tsp of Olive Oil. Once there is some browning, add the ground turkey and start breaking it down in to small pieces. Add all the seasonings to the mixture and keep breaking the meat down as it cooks. Once the meat is cooked through, add it to a pot with the remaining ingredients on medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and then turn down to to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. It’s ready to serve! Makes 4 servings. Each serving has 260 calories, 6 net carbs, 36g Protein and 46g of Fat.
