INGREDIENTS :
Boneless fish cubes 250 gms
Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
Lamon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour/maida 2 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Marinate time 25 -30 mins

Sauce mix :
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce 2 tsp

Garlic chopped 5 -6 cloves
Green chilli chopped 2-3 pieces
Onion cubes 1 medium size
Capsicum cubes 1 small size
Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp

Cornflour siurry – 2 tsp cornflour & 2 tsp water mixwed
Oil for deep fry and sauteing for 2 tsp

Method :
* (Vetki Fish ) Wash and cut into cubes .
* Marinate the fish with items .
* Mix well and set aside 25 -30 mins.
* Heat oil in a pan & deep fry .
* Till golden in fish cubes .

* Take a pan & heat 2 tsp oil ,
* Add chopped garlic , chopped green chillies , chopped spring onion whites.
* Stir for 2 mins .
* Then onion cubes & capsicum cubes .
* Cook for 3-4 mins on medium to high heat .
* Now add sauce mix .
* Add fish fry ,mix it well to coat .
* Then cornflour slurry & mix it well for 1 -2 mins.
* Add garnish with some chopped spring onion greens .
* Mix it and ready to serve .
