2 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Chilli flake
1/4 Szechuan pepper
Frying:
Oil for deep fry
Cooking:
2 tbsp Oil
3-4 dry Chilli
5-6 Garlic cloves
1 inch Ginger
1 onion
1 small capsicum
2 spring onion
1/2 water + 1 tbsp corn flour
