Paneer Chilli is a Indo- Chinese starter food item. It is quite easy, yet so delicious. Can be served in dinner as well as lunch. Kindly note the below ingredients for this recipe.
Jain Paneer Chilli Dry
For Slurry:
Corn flour – 1/4th cup
Maida – 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Sunth powder – 1/4th tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1/4th cup
Paneer cubes – 200 gms
For Gravy:
Fried paneer cubes
Capsicum – 1 chopped square
Green chillies – 2 finely chopped
Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/4th tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4th tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4th tsp
Sunth – 1/4th tsp
Corn flour slurry (flour 1 tsp + water 2 tsp)
