FIVE-INGREDIENT INSTANT POT CHILI
Recipe by Stacie Billis of One Hungry Mama

Olive oil
1 large white onion, diced
1 pound ground beef
3 (14-ounce) cans diced fire roasted tomatoes (with green chiles is great too!)
2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons chili powder (YOUR POWER INGREDIENT!)

1. Set Instant Pot to saute and drizzle some olive oil into the insert of your IP. Once hot, add the diced onion and saute until translucent and fragrant, about 5-10 minutes, depending on how hot your pressure cooker gets.

2. Add the ground beef and, using a silicone spatula or wooden spoon, break up the meat and cook it until it’s just browned.

3. Add tomatoes, black beans, and chili powder and cover. Set valve to pressure and switch to “pressure cook” mode on high for 25 minutes.

4. When cooking time is up, release the pressure manually and serve!
